Using LUMA
You may use LUMA only for lawful business activities and only through an account and organization you are authorized to access. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed by your authorized users.
Beta service
LUMA Beta is an early-access service. Features may be changed, improved, limited or removed as the platform develops. We will not use the Beta label to reduce our security or privacy responsibilities.
Business data
You retain responsibility for the business information you enter. You must have the right to upload, process and share that information with your authorized team through LUMA.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another organization or bypass permissions.
- Do not upload malware or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not interfere with platform availability, security controls or audit records.
- Do not use LUMA for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
Availability and support
We work to keep LUMA reliable, but early-access availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, security work or unexpected service events may temporarily affect access.
Account restriction
We may suspend access where necessary to protect LUMA, other organizations, or legal and security obligations. We will provide reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
