Free Beta access
The initial LUMA Beta trial does not require a payment card and does not create a charge. There is therefore no payment to refund for free Beta access.
Future paid plans
If paid plans become available, the price, billing period, taxes, setup fees and renewal terms will be shown before confirmation. LUMA will not treat a trial as a paid subscription without explicit approval.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
If a verified LUMA payment is duplicated, processed incorrectly or associated with a service that was not provided, contact support with the organization name, transaction reference and date. Never send card details or private payment credentials.
Review process
Eligible refund requests will be reviewed against the payment record, subscription state and applicable terms. Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate supported method and may require processing time outside LUMA’s control.
